  • Cartridge  type  Spindle  :   perfect    bearing  preload   and   ease  of maintenance, should you ever need it.
  • Extremely rigid slant Bed (70o): efficient flow of chips & coolant.
  • Hardened  &  ground  integral  Guideways of   ample   width    :     sustained    machining accuracy over a long period of use.
  • Headstock :   mounted   perpendicular   to   the   bed :   finer accuracies.
  • Pitch  error compensation : a standard feature for closer part-to-part repeat accuracies.
  • Tool  Turret  indexing  using  hydromotor : simpler design, extremely reliable. Turret disc and tool holders for inch dimensioned tools available on request.
  • Large diameter curvic coupling  for  Turret clamping :  vibration free machining even under severe machining conditions.
